PU II supplementary results declared

BENGALURU: The results of the recent PU II supplementary examination were announced on Thursday, recording an improvement by 2% this time compared to last year. Of  the 2,24,879 candidates who wrote the exams, 63,652 have passed seeing an overall pass percentage of 28.30. Last year, the overall pass percentage was 26.34. 

Candidates can access the results by logging into www.karresults.nic.in and  www.pue.kar.nic.in and the same will be available at respective colleges on Friday. Candidates can get scanned copies of their answer scripts by submitting an application on or before July 30 for which the fee per copy is `530. After getting the scanned copies, if the candidates wish to apply for re-evaluation or re-totalling, the last date to submit the application is August 4. The results of the re-evaluation will be announced on www.pue.kar.nic.in
Meanwhile, digital marks cards will be available in the DigiLocker. 

Those candidates who have appeared for the supplementary exam in science stream and cleared the exam now have to update the same with the Karnataka Examinations Authority and get a CET rank if they aspire to get admissions into professional courses. However, the first round of seat allotment is already complete, and second round for engineering courses have started. Hence, these students can only try their luck in the third or mop up round.
