BHUBANESWAR: Odisha-based Stalwart Projects Pvt Ltd has announced Stalwart Atmosphere, a premium residential development in Bhubaneswar.
Located around three minutes from Ekamra Kanan Park, the project will offer apartments with a 680-ft reserve forest frontage, providing residents forest views from every home.
“The apartments have been independently planned without common walls, with north or east-facing entrances and Vaastu considerations. The design also focuses on natural ventilation and unobstructed views,” Stalwart founder and CMD Sharat Kumar Sahu said.
The project will offer approximately one lakh square feet of amenities, including a clubhouse spanning more than 41,000 sq ft. Sahu said the construction would involve RCC walls using Mivan technology and robust engineering and quality-control systems.
