Local search service provider ‘Call Ezee’ of the Info Network Management Company Private was relaunched on Wednesday with 10 new product services and a new logo. The new product will work on an all India telephone number 04242424242.

The information will be provided to callers free of cost. The solutions will be offered on call, web and print media. Apart from the all India number, the company is also planning to launch city specific numbers. It also launched printed yellow pages in Chennai. In its web based portal Callezee.com, the organisation launched 10 category based search solutions for hotels, shops, hospitals, property, finance, travels, vehicles, home décor  and cinema.

Founder T S Narayanaswamy said that the company will not only provide quick and ready information on products and services  to the customers but also provide a platform for small and medium business enterprises.

He added that such information will be vital for the customers to filter out about facilities near them through the plethora of information available on the internet.

The launch was followed by a panel discussion headed by advocate and columnist Sanjay Pinto. fashion designer Vivek Karunakaran, HR Consultant Joshua Madan and entrepreneur  Mathangi.

Panelists called for a way of filtering out or disqualifying companies of ill-repute and also keeping a tab on dubious reviews. Training the call centre personnel to provide apt and quick information and weeding out time consuming caller information processes were some of the other suggestions put forward by the panelists.

Callezee began as a tele-calling service called ‘Callchennai’ in 2005 in the city. In 2007 relaunched as Callezee in 2007 with operations in 10 other cities along with the added facility Callteachers to provide information exclusively on teachers, trainers and institutions. It was later expanded  to the other South Indian states. The company hopes to expand to the whole country in the near future.
