CHENNAI: To usher in the festive season,  Radisson Blu GRT Hotel organised a traditional cake mixing ceremony recently.  Rich dry fruits like apricots, figs, walnuts, black currant, cashew, date, pistachio and orange peels were mixed with litres of wine and other spirits, which will be stored until Christmas to prepare the Christmas cake. Vikram Cotah, COO, GRT Group of Hotels and Resorts, actor Kreshna, Anuja Iyer, Uma Riyaz Khan and Apsara Reddy were among those present.
