CHENNAI: Chettinad Vidyashram organised its 15th Kumararajah Muthaiah Muthamil Mandram on Saturday. “I began this cultural event 15 years ago in the memory of my late husband Kumararajah Muthaiah,” said Kumararani Meena Muthiah, the patron of Chettinad Vidyashram schools. “Dramas organised are based on family values,” added Amudha Lakshmi, principal of the school. More than 100 students and teachers thronged the school auditorium to watch the play Samarpanam, which explored the relationship between mother and sons.
