A Game of Thrones at Amir Mahal for Children

Express News Service

CHENNAI: Away from the usual parks, malls and beaches, a group of parents took their kids on a study-cum-fun visit to Amir Mahal recently. While the heir apparent to the Prince of Arcot, Asif Ali, (a classmate of one of the parents) and his wife gave the young delegation a mini guided tour, the children took a fancy to the regal furniture in the durbar hall. Vidya Pinto, a mother who gathered the group together said, “While just observing such historical places may be educative, for our kids it was like a game of thrones!”
