Kicking-off the first round of #AskForTheBus this year, the Red Bull Tour Bus will travel to Chennai in the South zone, chosen after a closely-fought voting period. The bus will begin its journey at SRM University in Chennai on March 3. Playing on the bus for the first time ever at SRM University will be Kerala-based multi-genre band Thaikkudam Bridge —famous for their song Fish Rock. This 16-member indie band is acclaimed for the multilingual and unique covers that include Bollywood songs Tum Hi Ho and Khwaja Mere Khwaja and a hit rendition of Metallica’s power ballad, Nothing Else Matters.  The Thaikkudam Bridge was founded in 2013 by cousins Govind Menon and Siddharth Menon after they convinced 14 of their friends from different backgrounds living across the country to come down to Cochin. A joint passion for creating music and experimenting with genres is what binds this band. The band became famous through their show Music Mojo on Kappa TV and their own composition Fish Rock which became popular through social media. The band has  10 vocalists with expertise in various music genres.
