CHENNAI: Ahead of the festive season, over 70 Indian designers are exhibiting their products to help you find the best ensemble. The two-day exhibition ‘Style Bazaar: Wedding and Diwali Edition’, being held at Hyatt Regency, began on Tuesday and will conclude today. It offers a mix of handpicked luxury and affordable brands with prices ranging from Rs 600 to Rs 35,000.

According to Sheetal Jain, founder of Style Bazaar, this exhibition is one of the largest of its kind in the city. “We started Style Bazaar in 2014. We were looking for clothes for a cousin’s wedding, and after three days of searching, we couldn’t find anything. So, we had to go to Calcutta. Because of my personal frustration of not being able to find certain products in Chennai, I was very excited to start a venture that would bring in these products to the city,” she said.

Of the 70 designers whose products will be displayed, Sheetal is most excited to see the response to Giva Sanjay Gandhi, as she feels that the beautiful fusion wear, displayed for the first time in the city, will definitely spark an interest among Chennaiites.

The exhibition will be held today at Hyatt Regency Hotel, Anna Salai from 10 am to 9 pm.
