Christmas comes early in Delhi this year with the thirteenth edition of the Tamana Winter Carnival. The NGO celebrates and promotes the talent of multitude of differently abled by striving to build a platform for them. 150 exhibitors including established and upcoming artisans will show their works.
The carnival will be held at British High Commissioner’s residence.
