HYDERABAD: ‘Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS)- A flagship adrift’ written by former secretary to prime minister of India and retired IAS officer K.R Venugopal was released here on Friday.
The volume is a social audit of the government’s ICDS scheme in Anantapur district carried out by KR Venugopal and takes a critical look at the failure of the scheme and offers suggestions for effective implementation.
