HYDERABAD: Yashoda group of hospitals organised the second edition of Advanced Course in Clinical Cardiology (ACCC) 2012, a continuing medical education programme, in collaboration with Cleveland Clinic, USA at Hotel Marriott on Saturday and Sunday.

ACCC-2012 is a comprehensive two-day programme developed with an idea to swot up new and relevant topics in cardiology.

About 400 cardiologists and physicians from India and abroad attended the sessions.

The national faculty for the course includes 52 doctors from all over India.

Apart from this, cardiologists from Cleveland Clinic, Dr Mazen Hanna, Dr Milind Desai, Dr Mandeep Bhargava, and Dr Walid Saliba, director of electrophysiology lab from Cleveland Clinic were part of the international faculty.

The programme is aimed at giving insights into clinical problems in contemporary cardiology.
