HYDERABAD: The South Central Railway has decided to block railway lines between Ghatkesar and Bibinagar, and Pagidipalli and Bhongir stations on the Secunderabad- Kazipet section twice a week— on Tuesdays and Fridays— between 13.30 hours and 16.30 hours beginning on February 21.
The National Highways Authority of India has sought blockage of the lines to facilitate construction of a road overbridge (RoB).
Train services will be rescheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays as follows.
UP TRAINS: No.17201 Guntur-Secunderabad Golconda Express will be terminated at Bhongir at 12.07 hours and will return as No.17233 Secunderabad- Balharshah Bhagyanagar Express from Bhongir at 16.17 hours.
No.15015 Gorakhpur- Yeswanthpur Express, scheduled to arrive at Secunderabad at 15.10 hours, will be staggered between Kazipet and Bhongir.
No.17208 Kakinada-Sai Nagar Shirdi Express, scheduled to arrive at Secunderabad at 16.25 hours, will be staggered between Kazipet and Bhongir.
No.67267 Warangal- Hyderabad MEMU, scheduled to leave Warangal at 14.00 hours, will be cancelled and its pairing rake, No.67266 Hyderabad- Warangal MEMU, will also remain cancelled.
To cater to the passengers of No.67267 Warangal- Hy d e r a b a d MEMU, No.17405 Tirupati-Adilabad Krishna Express will stop at all halt stations.
No.57652 Repalle-Secunderabad Passenger, scheduled to depart Pagidipalli at 15.35 hours, will be regulated at Bibinagar for 45 minutes _ from 15.45 hours to 16.30 hours.
DOWN TRAINS: Train No.17233 Secunderabad- Balharshah Bhagyanagar Express will be partially cancelled between Secunderabad and Bhongir.
No.12748 Vikarabad-Guntur Palnadu Express, scheduled to depart Vikarabad at 13.45 hours, will depart at 15.45 hours.
