HYDERABAD: Justice CV Nagarjuna Reddy of the High Court Friday ruled that subjecting one particular person's property to repeated acquisitions, was violation of the Constitution. Quashing the proceedings to acquire the lands of T Mallikarjuna Rao and others at Lakkavaram in Visakhapatnam district, the judge said the petitioner was wealthy once, making him a soft target for land acquisition to provide land to displaced persons.
