HYDERABAD: High Court chief justice Madan B. Lokur has decided to settle a dispute between the Rajiv Swagruha Corporation and purchasers of flats on Tuesday. About 300 buyers of apartments had moved the court against the corporation's decision to raise the cost of property. A single judge passed an interim order directing the flat-owners to pay the jacked-up prices. Aggrieved by the order, they filed an appeal before the chief justice. The chief justice told officials not to collect the enhanced amounts and asked both the parties to be present in the court on Tuesday to settle the issue.
