B.Eds Want Notification Cancelled

HYDERABAD: The State BEd Candidates Association has urged the state government to cancel the DSC notification issued on Monday as more than 50 per cent of the candidates did not qualify in the Teacher Eligibility Test, the results of which were announced on Monday.

Speaking to Express, president of the association Alavala Madhusudan has demanded a cut in the TET qualifying marks and removal of the 20 per cent weightage for TET marks in the DSC exam.

The government should also make BEd graduates eligible for S e c onda r y Gr ade Teacher posts.
