Telugu Academy releases book on law

The Telugu Academy released their publication ‘Nyaya Vignaana Darshini’ written by P Hanumantha Rao, advocate, Razole, E.G.Dt, on Tuesday. The book contains information, knowledge and description of various statutes and acts, rules and regulations, written in simple Telugu.

Released by Justice K C Bhanu, judge at the AP High Court, the project was taken up with the inspiration and encouragement of Damodar Raja Narsimha, State deputy chief minister, who is also the chairman of the Academy.

The Academy hopes that the book will help people living in rural areas, both the uneducated and the uninitiated, understand the intricacies of various laws governing them under which they are subjected, helping them better deal with legal and human rights issues.

P Hanumantha Rao has been practising as an advocate for the last 50 years in a rural area. He has also been teaching Mercantile law in the Government Degree College, Razole for the last four decades.
