The minorities welfare department opened a Grievance Cell at Haj House, Nampally for public convenience here on Monday.
The cell will help minorities approach the Secretariat for redressal of their grievances. It is located on the ground floor of Haj House and will function every Monday from 10.30 am to 1 pm. Minorities Welfare Secretary M Dana Kishore will personally receive the grievance petitions pertaining to Andhra Pradesh Wakf Board, Andhra Pradesh State Minorities Finance Corporation, Andhra Pradesh State Urdu Academy, Andhra Pradesh State Haj Committee and Andhra Pradesh State Christian Finance Corporation on matters that cannot be resolved at district levels.
