A division bench of the High court on Monday admitted a writ petition against appointment of retired IAS officer Janaki R Kondapi as the chairperson of the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB).
The writ petition by Green Cop Society, a NGO, complained that the procedure followed in the appointment was untenable on legal grounds.
