GHMC gets new commissioner,13 other IAS officers shifted

The state government on Tuesday transferred Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner MT Krishna Babu.

The state government on Tuesday transferred Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner MT Krishna Babu. He will be replaced by Somesh Kumar. The state government also transferred 13 other IAS officers and gave them new postings. Besides Somesh Kumar who is the new GHMC boss, P Venkata Rami Reddy is the  additional commissioner, GHMC, and Jyoti Buddha Prakash has been posted as special commissioner for GHMC. Disaster Management Commissioner T Radha has been transferred and posted as principal secretary, Backward Classes welfare department.
