HYDERABAD:In view of the disputes arising out of water billing which need to be solved at the earliest and to improve revenues, HMWS&SB entrusted financial powers to chief general managers and general managers of divisions for their speedy disposal.
The division wise CGMs and GMs will resolve the disputes on billing such as abnormal billing, excess billing, interest waiver, irregular billing to facilitate the consumers for paying the outstanding arrears for improving the revenues of HMWS&SB.
