HYDERABAD:The South Central Railway would take up a 10-day long cleanliness drive at railway stations and trains from Tuesday.
Each railway division would identify 4-5 major stations for conducting the drive. SCR general manager PK Srivastava held a safety and performance review meeting with all the principal heads of departments at Rail Nilayam here on Monday. Srivastava stated that although the freight loading registered by the Zone until January in the current fiscal is 10 per cent higher, endeavour would be made to reach to the optimal highest by the end of this financial year.
