HYDERABAD: A division bench of the Hyderabad HC on Thursday adjourned the case challenging the “Junior Civil Judges appointments” to Friday in view of a similar petition pending before the SC. The bench comprising chief justice KJ Sengupta and justice PV Sanjay Kumar was dealing with a PIL of senior counsel SS Reddy seeking stay of all proceedings pursuant to the notification issued on Feb 1, 2014.
