HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) has decided to provide four services through mobile app initially on Android platform.
The services are tanker booking, making water supply and sewerage complaints, bill alerts, payment due alerts and payment of water bills.
To avail this facility, water board customers have to download HMWS&SB Mobile App from Google Playstore by searching with HMWS&SB name and select Consumer App.
To access HMWSSB services through mobile app consumers have to register using their Consumer Account Number (CAN) and mobile number registered with HMWS&SB.
On registration a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the consumer’s registered mobile number for authentication. After successful login, consumers can avail the above services.
