SP Tucker Set to Become Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh

HYDERABAD: Stage is all set for the appointment of Special Chief Secretary SP Tucker as the new Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh.

As current chief secretary IYR Krishna Rao is retiring on January 31, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is learnt to have decided to appoint SP Tucker in the top post.

“Chief Minister Naidu has given his nod for the appointment of Tucker, a 1981 batch IAS officer, as the head of the state administration,” said sources.
