HYDERABAD: The Hayathnagar police, with help of CCTV footage, arrested five persons responsible for the death of a catering company employee.

On January 31, V Rajesh went to the pan shop of Mohammed Nadeem in Hayathnagar. Since the shopkeeper had no change for Rs 100, Rajesh gave him a Rs 10 note and assured of paying the balance Rs 4 later. However, this enraged Nadeem, who attacked Rajesh along with four others.

Rajesh managed to escape but while crossing the road he was hit by a lorry and died. “The accused are booked on charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder (304) and have been arrested for being responsible for the death of the victim,” inspector said.
