HYDERABAD: IN a setback to two persons — A Prudhviraj and Chandan Kumar Mishra, who were arrested in connection with an alleged attempt on life of P Appa Rao, VC of University of Hyderabad, the Hyderabad HC on Tuesday dismissed their bail petitions. Justice B Siva Sankara Rao was dismissing the petitions filed by Prudhviraj and Mishra seeking bail.
On March 30 this year, the East Godavari police arrested them in connection with alleged conspiracy to eliminate Appa Rao and for possessing weapons and other material, and produced them before the lower court.
