HYDERABAD: After a video of a man showing cockroaches in his drink bought from Subway in Punjagutta went viral last month, a Hyderabad techie found a fly in a drink bought from the same fast-food joint in InOrbit Mall. The 32-year-old took to social media on Sunday to inform others about her experience.

“I sipped and it went in my mouth, I initially thought it was a breadcrumb,” said Mihika Baisya, working as a project manager with an IT firm at Financial district.”My stomach turned the moment I saw it. We had bought the drink at the Inorbit subway and took it home. I found the fly at home and so did not file an official complaint,” she added.

The techie took to Facebook, warning her friends with a message saying, "Dear Subway I would see pictures of people posting flies in their food and would always disbelieve them. Unfortunately, this is what I got when l ordered a cold drink from your Inorbit Mall outlet. #Disgusting and I don’t think I will ever eat from any of your outlets ever. I will also encourage all my friends or people who see this post to avoid Subway India or maybe #subway anywhere as they have no consideration for customers health, hygiene!”
