ANGAMALY: Supreme Court Justice Cyriac Joseph inaugurated a symposium in memory of Cardinal Joseph Parekkattil, in connection with his birth centenary here on Sunday. The main theme of the symposium was ‘the Vision and Mission of Cardinal Parekkattil.’
Syro-Malabar Church Major Arch Bishop Dr George Alancherry presided over the function. Dr Antony Kariyil CMI, Sr Tegla SABS, Dr Sebastian Pynadeth and Fr Paul Thelakkattu presented papers. Dr Sebastian Vadakkumpadan led the discussions. Curia Bishop Mar Bosco Puthoor delivered the centenary message. Fr Joseph Kallarackal, Fr Paul Manavalan, Fr Paul Payyappilly, James Puthussery and Joy Parackal spoke.
