KOCHI: An international seminar on 'New trends in applications of mathematics' will be held at Bharat Mata College, Thrikkakara, from January 31 to February 2 under the auspices of the mathematics department of the college and the Kerala Mathematics Association.
New trends in fractal geometry, cryptography and digital topography will be discussed at the seminar.
The seminar will be inaugurated by V P N Nampoori. Hyderabad Central University ProViceChancellor V Kannan, N Jayasankaran from NIMS University, Mimauand D Kannan from University of Georgia will speak.
