One man was injured in an accident that had occurred near Holiday Inn at Kundannoor bypass when a car rammed into a lorry on Friday.
The injured person is identified as Jayaprakash, 34, and he was immediately rushed to a nearby private hospital.
The traffic was disrupted in the bypass for many hours owing to the accident.
