KOCHI:Sangam 2015, the international annual alumni meet of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode was held at Hotel Park Residency on Sunday.
The theme for the current year is set as “Digital revolution-Technology in business.” Apart from Kochi, alumni meets were held in seven national and international locations.
The event is coordinated by the alumni committee of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and hosted at different national and international locations by local alumni chapters.
Alumni meets were held in cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, New York, Dubai, Singapore and London on May 16 while the event in Kochi was held on 17.
Joshy Joseph, associate professor in marketing management and former chairperson of alumni relations and activity committee of IIM-K Alumni Association inaugurated the meet in Kochi. Jaison Chacko, Alumni IIM Kozhikode, and business relationship manager (Digital) of Tata Consultancy Services delivered a session on the theme of the event, ‘Digital Revolution - Technology in Business.’
Balagopal Kesavamenon, participant of EPGP at the Kochi Campus IIM Kozhikode and consultant in digital marketing and a digital technology innovator also spoke on the event theme.
Ajith Kumar B, General Manager of Suryadev Steels, Kochi, delivered the welcome address.
