Seminar on Fracture Course Held

KOCHI:The Department of Orthopaedics under the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences organised a two-day seminar fracture course.

 Dr Prathapan Nair, principal, Amrita School of Medicine inaugurated the seminar. Dr Dominic K Puthoor, president Kerala Orthopaedic Association, Dr Sabin Viswanath, president, Cochin Orthopaedic Association, Dr Chandrababu K K, Head of the Orthopaedics Department, Dr Sanjeev K Singh, medical superintendent and Dr Bhaskaran spoke at the occasion.

 Eminent faculty from South-Indian states delivered lectures and shared their experiences.  The seminar focused on basic fracture courses, especially on the advancements made by Orthopaedic surgeons and the junior practitioners. The process of fracture healing till the finest part of Orthopaedic surgeries were dealt in detail.
