KOCHI: The strike at the India Oil Corporation (IOC) bottling plant at Udayamperoor continued on Saturday. A section of workers had begun a flash strike on Friday evening following an accident in which a worker sustained burns.
The employees’ demands include an ambulance service at the plant and presence of a safety officer. The regional labour commissioner will convene a meeting on Monday at 10 a.m.
