The Kerala High Court on Wednesday disposed of a petition seeking  a CBI probe into the illegal uploading of Dileep-starer  ‘Ramaleela’ on the Internet and social media.

KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Wednesday disposed of a petition seeking a CBI probe into the illegal uploading of Dileep-starer  ‘Ramaleela’ on the Internet and social media. According to the petitioner, soon after the film’s release, a mafia called ‘Tamil Rockers’ posted the movie’s pirated version on YouTube and other websites. The state, on its part, submitted at least 15-20 cases are being registered under the Copyright Act and Information Technology Act 2000 in the state on a monthly average.
