THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Trivandrum Chamber of Commerce and Industry in association with The Trivandrum Management Association, Electrical Inspectorate Engineers’ Association Kerala and Alumini Association of the College of Engineering Trivandrum, accorded a civic reception to P V Radhakrishna Pillai here the other day, on the occasion of his receiving Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award 2012.
