BJP state chief visits Karimadom colony

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP state president V Muraleedharan has called upon the government to allot houses to all deserving families of Karimadaom colony in the city, which was facing a crisis following the flash floods last week.

 Visiting the colony residents along with  party leaders and BJP’s councillors in the Corporation, he protested against giving political consideration in granting houses.

He said the people of the colony were facing the  threat of an outbreak of epidemics following  waterlogging.

 Yuva Morcha state president V V Rajesh, leader of the BJP in the City Corporation Council P Asok Kumar and councillors P Rajendran, Mohanan Nair, Sreevarahom Vijayan, S K P Ramesh and Chalai Rajesh were with him during the visit.
