THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Thiruvalla Deputy Superintendent of Police K N Rajeev and former SI of the station Vinod Krishnan were suspended as part of the investigation into the car smuggling case of Alex C Joseph.
Action had taken taken against the duo for returning the passport of Alex who had been detained under the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Act (COFEPOSA).
