THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Rear Admiral C S Patham, Additional Director General (Administration), National Cadet Corps Headquarters, will be in Kerala on a three-day official tour from March 20 to March 22. The visit of the admiral assumes significance in view of the proposed expansion of NCC in Kerala to two lakh cadets from the existing 75,000 cadets. During his stay Rear Admiral Patham will visit local NCC units and will interact with cadets.
