NSS seminar on Saturday for young entrepreneurs

National Service Scheme (NSS) will conduct a seminar for young entrepreneurs who are planning to start new ventures.

The seminar will be held at the Central Polytechnic College, Vattiyoorkavu, on Saturday at 9 am. Those who have completed engineering, diploma, Plus-II and other higher qualifications and between the age of 18 and 30 can participate in the seminar. The programme is organised as part of the project NSS Entrepreneurship Training (NET) programme of the NSS. The project aims at promoting those who have completed engineering, polytechnic and ITI to become entrepreneurs with a commitment to the society.

The final-year students and Plus-II students will also be promoted through the venture. NSS will provide the aspirants with training, project identification, entrepreneurship development training, meeting the best entrepreneurs to have a first-hand information and scientific training.

NSS will also ensure the support of the government and non-government institutions to start the venture. All help will be provided for the basic infrastructure and preliminary preparation to start a business, including the registration.

NET is providing this service free of cost with the support of various government agencies, entrepreneurs and industrial institutions.
