Eng/Medical Entrance Exams from Tomorrow

All arrangements are in place for the smooth conduct of the Kerala Engineering/ Medical Entrance Examinations for the 2014-15 academic year in 327 centres across the state, two in Delhi and one each in Mumbai, Ranchi and Dubai from April 21 to 23.

All arrangements are in place for the smooth conduct of the Kerala Engineering/ Medical Entrance Examinations for the 2014-15 academic year in 327 centres across the state, two in Delhi and one each in Mumbai, Ranchi and Dubai from April 21 to 23.

The exams will be coordinated by 25 liaison officers and will have a total of 22,000 invigilators, 332 chief superintendents and an equal number of observers and representatives of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) to ensure its smooth conduct.

While the engineering entrance exams will be held on April 21 and 22 from 10 am to 12.30 pm, the medical entrance exams will be held on April 23 from 10 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm on the same day.

The number of candidates appearing for the engineering entrance examinations is 1,19,025 which comprises 61,671 boys and 57,354 girls. A total of 1,02,460 candidates will appear for the medical entrance exams, which includes 34,272 boys and 68,188 girls.

The answer key of the exams will be published on the website of the CEE (www.cee-kerala.org) at 6 pm on April 23.
