THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Water supply to several areas in the city will be disrupted for several hours from Wednesday night to Thursday morning, the Kerala Water Authority (KWA) has notified.
Areas supplied by the Kuriathy sub-division are likely to be affected. These include Thampanoor, Chalai, Kuriathy, Puthenkotta, Manacaud, Fort, Pazhavangadi, Palkulangara, Sreekanteswaram, Kaithamukku, Sreevarahom, Attukal, Mukkolakkal, Kalippankulam, Konchiravila, Kamaleswaram, Ambalathara, Poonthura, Beemapally, Valiyathura, Vallakadavu, Shangumugham and Airport.
The disruption is owing to maintenance works on distribution pipelines, the Executive Engineer has said.
