THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The police conducted 81 raids on Monday as part of ‘Operation Kuber’, the drive against illegal money-lending agencies.
Three persons were arrested and three cases registered, DGP K S Balasubramanian said in a statement here.
The raids will continue based on complaints from the public and also on the basis of intelligence information. So far, 7043 raids were conducted, 573 persons nabbed and 972 cases registered as part of the drive, the statement said.
