THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Sree Narayana Central School, Nedungolam, organised a two-day annual exhibition on its campus grounds. Sainudeen Pattazhy, associate professor, Department of Zoology, S N College, Kollam, inaugurated the exhibition on November 18 at the school. Also present were Ward Member Premchandra Asan and PTA president Sunil Chellapan. School principal Dr G Manulal presided over the function. Lekshmi V Nair, students’ Deputy Prime Minister welcomed the gathering and Arjun Sushaman Lakshmanan, students’ Education Minister proposed the vote of thanks.

Over 800 students showcased their talents in Science, Social Science, Computer Science, Arts, Mathematics, and Philately. The exhibits covered topics ranging from eco-friendly house, energy from bio-degradable domestic waste, energy conservation, waste water treatment models using latest techniques to a radio frequency vehicle control system. Students also presented various power point presentations including one on the topic “Human an Alien to outer world’.The exhibits from Social Science included those on acquatic ecosystems, metro city, multilevel farming etc. Chief guest M K Sreekumar, Assistant Controller, Legal Metrology, inaugurated the valedictory function. Aswani S, student, welcomed the gathering and Sredha S V, students’ Art and Cultural Minister proposed the vote of thanks. The chief guest distributed the prizes to the winners.
