THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Chirayinkeezhu police on Sunday arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with the murder of an auto driver, Biju alias Akri Biju of Azhoor. The accused is Pradeep of Azhoor, of Chirayinkeezhu. According to the police officials, the incident occurred on Wednesday last during a brawl between two groups. “Pradeep smashed beer bottles on the head of Biju and he fled the spot immediately after the incident”, a police official said.
