THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As part of the protest week to be observed by the LDF against price rise and communal threat, public meetings will be held in all constituencies across the country on Thursday.
The public meeting of Thiruvananthapuram Assembly constituency will be inaugurated by Opposition leader V S Achuthanandan at E K Nayanar Park. The meeting of Vattiyoorkavu constituency will be held at Bappootti Library, Peroorkada, and will be inaugurated by CPM district secretary Kadakampalli Surendran. The Nemom constituency public meeting will be held at SM Lock Junction, Ambalathara, and will be inaugurated by K T Jaleel MLA. The public meeting of Parassala constituency will be inaugurated by CPM state committee member Anavoor Nagappan. CPI district secretary G R Anil will inaugurate the public meeting at Kattakkada constituency.
Jameela Prakasham MLA will inaugurate the public meeting of Kovalam constituency to be held at Poovar junction. NCP state president Uzhavoor Vijayan will inaugurate the public meeting at Pangode Junction, Vamanapuram.
