SFI Study Camp from Today

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:The state-level study camp of the Students Federation of India (SFI) will begin at EMS Academy here on Sunday. SFI national president Dr V Sivadasan will inaugurate the camp at 10 a.m.

The inaugural will be followed by classes on ‘Education in Kerala: Crisis and overcoming’ and ‘Woman: Politics of social title’ to be led by Prof A Prathapachandran Nair and R Parvathi Devi respectively.

On May 11, classes will be held on ‘Government and culture’, ‘Contemporary ideological issues’, ‘History of ideology’, ‘Campus’, ‘Reading’ and ‘Society’ to be led by Dr P S Sreekala, Puthalath Dineshan, K A Venugopal and Dr M A Siddique respectively.

SFI state president Shiju Khan and secretary T P Bineesh will address the camp. Around 250 delegates from across the state will attend the camp which would conclude on May 12.
