THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The public has been requested to stay away from the construction site of the Vizhinjam port in view of the danger involved. Making the appeal, the Adani Vizhinjam Port Pvt Ltd said that dredging and reclamation works were in progress at Mulloor, Vizhinjam.
‘’It is dangerous and illegal for the public and fishermen to enter this area without permission. So we request them not to enter this region,’’ the company said. Ever since work started off in December last year, the area has turned into a big draw for sightseers.
