THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Erstwhile Travancore royal family has urged the Supreme Court to remove K N Satheesh from the post of executive officer of Sree Padmanabhaswami temple or to specify his duties.
In its affidavit submitted to the court, the family said the executive officer was standing in the way of implementation of the decisions taken by the temple administration committee.
The executive officer takes unilateral and biased decisions. The state government told the court that works to prevent sewages draining near the Padmatheertham pond will be completed by May 10.
