THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: LDF convenor A Vijayaraghavan has urged the people of the state to make the Left Front’s evening dharna on July 24 a big success.
The front will organise evening dharnas in all district centres as part of the national protest against the murder politics in West Bengal and Tripura. “The Trinamool Congress Government in West Bengal and the BJP Government in Tripura are indulging in violence. Both the governments are curbing human rights. 31 CPM workers were killed in West Bengal since 2016. Thousands of people had to flee owing to the violence,” he said. “Four CPM workers were killed in Tripura. Several party offices were damaged. Thousands of Left workers, including women, were injured in the violence,” he said.
