VIJAYAWADA: An inter-district volleyball tournament was inaugurated at PB Siddhartha College here on Friday. Human Resource Minister Ganta Srinivas Rao, Irrigation Minister Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao, Law and Sports Minister Kollu Ravindra, Vijayawada East MP Kesineni Srinivas, MLA Gadde Ram Mohan Rao, and Chairman of Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh Ankamma Chowdary, who were present on the occasion, said the State government was encouraging sportspersons and told students to take benefit from the facilities provided.
